Not Enough Fuss!

Ok, being a die hard Magnum fan, I read other reviews with trepidation, dreading the arrival of my new purchase! To my delight, the change of scenery was refreshing, as was the deviation from 'run of the mill' episodes which always involve Magnum, TC, Rick, Higgins & of course, Zeus and Apollo! Sure it's different, but it needn't be bad - how you view this season depends on your true perspective as a "fan" - after all, a change is as good as a holiday! Sure there's a couple of lame episodes, but you get that with any series, writers aren't perfect.

Love the series, just completed the set of seven seasons. These shows still hold up in the current t.v. world.

Reviewer: Rose Burkhart,
This complete 6th season includes one two-hour episode, "Deja Vu" which alone is worth the price of the entire package. If you fought in Viet Nam, or if you know someone who tried to win freedom for the South Vietnamese people, Selleck, Manetti, and Mosely aptly portray three such men. Occasional flash-backs present an understanding of how these men became fine friends.

I love anything Magnum and Tom Selleck. Can't wait for the last 2 seasons. Dan Bellasario is great.
Magnum just keeps getting better

Without a doubt this series keeps getting better with newer, fresher episodes. Granted I saw them first run when they came out in the 80's but to relive them again is awesome.
